To upgrade you Equpment the first thing you need is "Golden Equipment Protection Scroll". Those you can get from the Act 2 daily quests (listed in Prestiges) or in the Act 2 Craft at Carven.
You will also need Cella powder, Soul Gem and Completed Soulgem. Jerico in NosBreak city offers those.
