SERVER RULES AND REGULATIONS

GENERAL RULES

Nosbreak is an international server, the main language is English so you are only allowed to speak English in speakers. (including the fame speakers!)
Fam/group/whisper/general-chat are excluded and you are allowed to speak in your preffered language as long as the targeted people speak it too. Staff members have to be approached in english unless told otherwise.

  • You are only allowed to be logged in with 2 accounts at the same time.
  • If you are playing with multiple people in the same house, you need to inform the team through a ticket. Otherwise it will be counted as more than the allowed amount of accounts and you may be punished.
  • Harassment, racism, sexism, homophobia, insults and any degrading behaviour are strictly prohibited. (All those rules apply for your representitive names everywhere too)
  • The Nosbreak Team is not responsible for the player's behavior outside the community and game.


IN-GAME BEHAVIOUR

  • Treat everyone as you would like to be treated and according to their individual boundaries.
  • Scamming is under any circumstances forbidden. Scamming also includes any attempt to use other players to your own advantage.
  • Stealing is under any circumstances forbidden. Stealing includes lending items to people and not getting those back. Stealing also includes mobs.
  • Spamming is not allowed which includes sending the same kind of message multiple times in a short time span.
  • You are not allowed to personally attack any other players in any language, breaking this rule will be immediatly punished on notice.
  • It is allowed to lend your account to others but this will happen under your full responsibility and at own risk, however selling your account isn't allowed.
  • The $unstuck command is not allowed to be abused while in PvP.


DISCORD BEHAVIOUR

  • You have a timewindow of 7 days to appeal for your ban.
  • Any disrespectful behaviour towards other members is not allowed and may be punished.
  • Any inappropriate usuage of the marketplace channels may lead to a immediate punish.
  • Any kind of NSFW content is strictly forbidden.
  • ALL in-game rules are also active on our discord server.


HACKING/BOTTING

You won't be provided with the option to appeal for your ban if it was for any reason mentioned in this section.

  • You must reply to any staffmember while farming/raiding (staff will try multiple times), otherwise you will be treated like a bot.
  • Exploiting any bug is strictly forbidden and you are required to report it into the #bugs-channel on the discord server.
  • Any macro/script used to AFK farm will lead to a permanent ban.
  • Any partner/pet usage to farm AFK will lead to a permanent ban.
  • Any hack/bot/packetlogger usage will lead to a permanent ban.

REAL WORLD TRADING

The following actions mentioned in this section will be considered as real world trading, are strictly forbidden and will result in a permanent ban:

  • Selling or buying accounts or items for money/gold/coins/items from this or any other server.
  • Any attempt to buy or sell accounts or items.
  • Helping, advertising or acting as the middleman.
  • Our NosBreak team will judge every evidence with caution. Evidence may include screenshots or videos of private chats on Discord/Whatsapp/Facebook/EPvP/...
  • Faking or manipulating any evidence is strictly forbidden.

Any appeal for a ban or rule breaks HAS to include any type of evidence. (for example videos or screenshots)

By playing on the Nosbreak server you automatically agree to these rules and any attempt to break these will be met with consequences.
